The short version
MySingleFriend is the dating app built on a brilliantly simple idea: your friends set up your profile. Instead of writing your own bio and hoping for the best, your mates record short video introductions of you — your humour, your quirks, the stuff that actually makes you interesting.
The concept started as a website back in 2007, becoming one of the UK's most recognisable dating brands. Now it's back as a video-first mobile app, rebuilt from scratch for a generation that's tired of recycled selfies and copy-paste bios.
The premise hasn't changed: friends know you best. They know how to make you sound great without being try-hard. They'll mention that thing you do at karaoke that somehow works. They'll be honest about your cooking. And that's exactly what makes it click.
